Currently in the middle of a UK tour Aloe Blacc will bring some of his dollar needing to the Plug. After having much success over the last few years, it seems that there’s a party to be had with the artist who’s been described as ‘a modern classic’.

Bigging up the X-ray Horse posse’s 20th show, and with 100 bands under their belt, they present a night of pure local delights. Headliners Violet May are sure to cause a stir with their notable onstage antics so get down early to be part of the hype.
Flamingo Love Parade, Great Deeds and others: 14th December at The Washington. A place that’s always filled with delights there’s talk of flamingo lanterns, great music and a whole lot of quirkiness.
Playground Mafia’s Farewell Gig with support from Searching for Evidence, The Gazelles, Hazes, Culprits and Zaffirelli: 16th December at The Plug. PGM are calling it a day so get to the Plug to bid your fond farewells to a band that have wonked, rapped and stepped up the beat in a total dance blaze over the last few years.
Harley Live presents The Crookes, Sissy and The Blisters and Silent Film Project: 17th December at Queens Social Club. A shoegazers delight in the form of three awesomely talented bands, headlined by the mighty Crookes. A favourite of many, The Crookes have had an amazing 2011 and now signed to Fierce Panda there’ll be heaps more off them music wise in the future. A night for romance and a good sing-a-long.
