[wide]Previews Banner1 | Sheffield Gig Listings: 26th March – 8th April[/wide]Easter bunnies, mounds of chocolate, spring lamb and yes it’s that time of year again where summer is round the corner and while we’re basking in spring sunshine there’s probably April showers around the corner, but as always, there’s a heap of gigs in the vicinity to keep you dry, as always here’s our pick of the next fortnight.

As per usual an eclectic yet awesome line up on Monday, 26th sees In Fear Of Olive, Upside, Thomas J Speight and Feelix take to the stage at SOYO Live. Bringing his beautiful melodies and intricate arrangements, Speight currently on his UK tour stops by Sheffield and will no doubt mesmerise the SOYO masses.

Going live on the last Tuesday of each month starting on the 27th at the Green Room are Section 60’s Chris and Smit perform a rare acoustic set, also playing are Lateral Vision and Vinnie Hutchinson.

Friday 30th, sees the relaunch of Room on Fire at the Frog and Parrot. Taking over the night are the explosive Catfish and The Bottlemen support comes from Lost State of Dance and The Horsemen.

The 31st sees two awesome gigs, Honey Badger Presents Londoners The Stowaways, One Boy Has Music, The Winnebago’s, The Trap and Trudy Sings The Blues at O2 Academy

Drowned in Sound/Harley Live Present Bill Wells & Aidan Moffat, RM Hubbert and David J. Roch at Queens Social Club.

All fools day, 1st April has folk/Americana singer/songwriter  Jess Morgan headlining at Shakespears, also on the bill are Emma Crowder, Joe Banfi and Mike Simms.

4th April sees the Retribution Gospel Choir bring their psychedelic drives and guitar chaos at the Harley Live. Containing a fusion of Low and Sunkilmoon members it’s a super gig and one certainly not to miss. Support comes from Drenge.
