After the success of last year the Detestival Weekender is back. Set across the Easter bank holiday, the three day event has a line-up to back a punch and set the eardrums ringing.
So this year there’s no Wet Nuns curating, after the breakup of the convent it seems that both Alexis and Rob will be appearing in front of the glittery curtains. Alexis with his band Baba Naga and Rob, well, it remains a secret, so I guess you’ll just have to pay up, turn up and find out.
With aural pleasures that include Bromheads, Sleepy Sun, Pins, That Fucking Tank and Turbowolf there’s plenty to whet your whistle, last year’s escapade did more than just that, it was purely emotional have a read of our 2013 review to see just why.
With day tickets costing just £14 and weekend prices of a mere £30 maybe it’s time to put your Easter egg to one side and get despicable over the Detestival weekend?
