Spring bank holiday sees Bradford opening its doors for the second year in a row to celebrate live music. This year sees an increase in venues, bands, musicians, promoters and collectives joining forces to highlight the diverse DIY and grassroots of the city’s musical activity.
The aim of the Threadfest is to form a Bradford Music Map that helps audiences old and new navigate the city, there’s a mixed bag of events with no headliners, no support acts and no specific order of events and it’s totally free.
Live music and events come in the shape of bands such as Hawk Eyes, Blacklisters, What The Folk?, Shopping and Yo El Rey at venues, including The New Bradford Playhouse, The 1 in 12 Club and many more.
Why not take advantage of the long weekend and venture down and be part of something amazing. More information can be found here: http://bradfordthreadfest.com/
