Kiria – Radio

Kind of a mix between Transvision Vamp, Kenickie and any other girl led guitar band from the 90′s, Kiria’s album is a pleasant mix of riffs and pop. I wouldn’t say it’s groundbreaking in any way, but a great way to relive those days fawning over leopard print cladded indie girls off of the telly.

Randomly, there’s one track on the album heavily influenced by a strong reggae beat and rhythm. ‘And Another Thing’ unfortunately feels like a bit of an afterthought being the only song on the album referencing the laid back style absent of any guitar static.
