Double Muscle – Tommy

Short and sweet in it’s own unique way, ‘Tommy’ the latest single from Leeds based Scuzz rockers Double Muscle gets it’s message across. Whilst clarity is spared on the production – the band go for a New York 60’s underground feel – you can still pick out the chirpy guitar riff and the head swaying bass riff.

The vocals, which sound like a mixture of Suggs from Madness and Simon Neil from Biffy Clyro add a feel good factor to the track both in content and sound. It’s not by any means a hit, but it should at least conspire to lift your mood a little.
