On the 12th and 13th of July, Graves Park is being turned into a musical extravaganza, set underneath the big top there’s two nights of musical delightfulness, local ales and great food.
Friday the 12th sees festival legends the Levellers take centre stage. Known for their upbeat sets and their crowd enthused sing-alongs after 25 years in the game they are still one of the best bands around. Support on the night comes from Bison and Bad Cardigan.
Richard Hawley plays on Saturday the 13th, having turned down festivals such as Glastonbury and opting for those who have more soul, this one off gig in his home town is proving to be something rather special indeed. Support comes from Tom Hickox.
Those lovely people at Under The Big Top have given us a pair of tickets for each night to give away. To be in with a chance of winning all you need to do is answer the following question:
Who is usually the master of ceremonies under a big top?
Send your answer to [email protected] with your preference of either Levellers or Richard Hawley, depending on who you want to see, in the subject line.
Closing is 5pm on Wednesday 10th July.
